Not a medical Professional here but whats a squirter in the medical sense? I get the innuendo in the show. But isn't it someone who bleeds profusely? Cuz c was covered in clear stuff when she posed as a nurse not blood. What was the clear stuff?

The technicalities are usually ignored, by writers, and should be by viewers too.
ie.
First Candy Andy was the one who broke up with Caroline,
in a later ep, when he got married, they said Caroline broke up with HIM.
First Max went to college to study Art, before she met Caroline, thinking she might be able to illustrate children's books,
then in a later ep, Caroline found out Max didn't even graduate highschool
Again, would you really question a comic strip you're reading?
Waitresses wearing high-heels all day - whaaaaaa!?!? etc...

Well, high school dropouts can go to junior college, and breakups can change by people's opinions to reverse..Max and Randy do this all the time. But a serious goofup in five minutes of the same episode doesn't happen often. Michele Nader got a raise in a new contract..yet her writing keeps inserting time fillers and gets worse.
