So, I'm really into slasher movies. Nightmare on Elm Street 3, The Burning, Sleepaway Camp, etc.
My question is, is the 1984 season of AHS anywhere as good as those movies?
Because, I don't want to judge what I haven't seen, but I also don't have time to waste on bad television (I'm a busy person, working on graphic novel, etc.).

So far not really. Reminds me more of Scream Queens. I never watched Glee or any movie you listed above so I can't say.
shareI remember there was this reality show called Scream Queens, and my favorite contestant was really into horror movies and they rejected her because of it, and it was one of those things that pissed me off.
Ryan Murphy has good ideas but seems to tap out and the wheels come off. This series was terribly uneven, with virtually every second character becoming a homicidal maniac and there being yet another massacre at the camp nobody mentioned in the first 6 episodes... It really looks like it was made up as they went along.
