night. Apparently, I was such a fan, I didn't realize I hadn't seen the ending until going through my DVR.
May I say....WTFudge? This show, that show, and then another show...I'm just upset. Can someone explain to me...how this was tucked into a neat a little ball that we should all walk away a say, "Ummm...that was good. Can't wait for the next season."?
Okaayyyy... Perhaps I should rephrase for the *beep* out there who choose to reply without giving an answer and saying 'you like it or you don't'. I do like the series...just wondering...did I miss something? What...this whole season was about a woman who killed her husband, then killed herself so her daughter could live?
Is that 'horror'? What was the point of the 'return'? Just to give the actors spots? There was no rhyme nor reason...again, if I am missing something, PLEASE clue me in.
I'm sorry....for you and the other two dopes who responded....WHERE did I say I didn't like it???
I'm asking if there is something that I missed. *I* thought they should have stopped the season before the "Return to" part, but they did not. I'm wondering if I missed something important in the episodes after that that made it relevant.
That sort of sounded like someone who didn't like it to me. Bt basically the use of the other shows to show the idea of exploitation. Crack'd was supposed to exploit Lee and her life and she just wanted to be understood. She went on The Lana Winters Special to clear her name in which her environment could be controlled, but she found out her daughter ran away. Spirit Chasers exploited the house's horror and danger and people think it was a joke and only for entertainment's purposes. This whole season was supposed to say "You've come to gain something for yourself, but you'll get something else", the dangers of exploitation.
Yes...I was upset that I didn't 'get it', and wondered if I missed something. I'm not in the mindset of going on public forums to berate shows I don't like or even watch or call people names for liking a show I think is stupid.
While I understand what you are saying, I don't see how the whole season was 'exploitation'. Unless....I am missing something. I've watched all the seasons except for the last bit of the 1st.
And true...I didn't like the finale...but only because I'm thinking I really missed some vital piece. I like the first part...(even though it was slow) but the whole "return", just didn't 'jive', and then the finale...I don't know. I guess I got lost and I'll chalk to up to, well...whatever.
Perhaps...and I should apologize. However...in my defense, (Which is not an apology at all, I know) I asked a simple question and all I received was..."well if you don't like it!"
I'm not sure at all what your point was. You wanted to hate on it then act like you didn't hate on it. Just stand with what you started with instead of bitching at people for reading what you wrote.
- Consider the daffodil. And while you're doing that I'll be over here looking through your stuff.
I'm really not trying to be mean, but when I first read OP's initial post the first thing that popped into my head was "This person probably watches Teen Mom."
As far as the show the first episode kinda lulled me to sleep...in the beginning .
But within those few minutes I instantly became intrigued and from then on really enjoyed this season .
It was satisfying, twisted, clever, and fairly intense at times .
The only thing I felt was kinda off was how it ended it just seemed so anticlimactic as well as depressing considering Lee was the strongest character of the entire season .
Nope...I dislike cats and weigh in at a whopping 122lbs.
I also watch such drivel as Real Housewives, The Goldbergs, This Is Us, Bates Motel, The Flash, Modern Family. Kinda pissed that this will be the last season of Grimm. Excited, but not waiting with bated breath, for Legion. Also, suffered through Channel Zero...but will honestly say I will watch the next installment.
If your intent was to 'insult' me, I'm sorry to disappoint you.
I prefer to not own cats is very different to what you said. Just like your comment in the OP then you tried to backpedal. Give it up already. You either cant say what you mean or you cant stand by your own words when called on it.
Still no thankyou to gabe for answering you, just a need to stand and bark away.
You barking ingrate. Gabe is one of the nicest people on this board and certainly did give you an answer. So did I by the way. Go scratch your fleas elsewhere, dear. Tata.

I am SO sorry. I didn't realize that you had posted a second time. Obviously, I can't pay attention, which might be why I was so confused about the finale!!
For me it was also about Lee's personal growth, initially she just wanted custody of her daughter for her own selfish reasons, not what was best for her daughter. She would do anything achieve that goal even kills Mason who Flora would need her in life. By the end we see Lee willing sacrifice herself, so Flora could live a full productive life.
