I was wondering the same thing. She didn't thank her either. She thanked her when she won the Emmy.

It was hardly a romantic kiss with Peel. It was two gal p[als hamming it up for the camera. Holland tweeted about her girlfriend. You know, there is a little thing called google.

Google is your friend. However, I wasn't interested enough to Google it. It was just a passing thought at the time she won the award. Honestly, I didn't give it another thought until I saw this thread.
