Sorry if this was brought up already. Had to look up a few details but Lee said she was 17 when she had Emily which would make her a young woman by now. Queenie grew up in foster care as well. Queenie's age is never given but if Emily is someone we've met before she would be relatively close in age.
Cricket contacted Emily and told Lee she asked why Lee stopped looking for her back in 2014. Since Queenie died in 2016, there was no way Cricket would know anything about Emily, unless he's also a clairvoyant and not just a medium like Billie Dean.
Ok a couple things about that though. Couldn't Cricket have looked into Lee and the Millers before he showed up to be more convincing and discovered she lost another daughter? Or if Emily did really talk to him that means ghosts become enlightened about some information about their lives after their deaths. Isn't it possible that Queenie after dying now has become enlightened to the truth and Cricket was speaking w her? I'm starting to go down a rabbit hole now. If a ghost does gain previously unknown knowledge when they die, would being trapped in the place they die prevent that? Yikes
A few other things. It's assumed that Lee lived in North Carolina all throughout the season, while Queenie stated shed from Detroit. Unless her kidnapper took her all the way from North Carolina to Michigan, I can't really see that. Also Emily was about 4 when she disappeared and that's old enough to know your life before you were kidnapped and surely old enough to know your own name, so why change it?
Again, it is possible that Lee and Queenie are related, but I can't really see it.

Ah forgot they filmed "My Roanoke Nighmare" in 2014 so probably not then. Unless Cricket did look into Lee, and her daughter's experience was traumatic enough for her not to remember life before it. Doing a lot of reaching at this point but I guess it's possible.
