It's clearly a joke to show us just how overly sexual and... kinda immature about it the Countess is. It's not hard to see why it's there.
shareYeah I'm with Lana. It was a play on the word come because Elizabeth wanted to hook up with Will and needed Tristan's help. Obviously Tristan got the jist about the intend and not that she just mispelled come. It wasn't really any deeper than that.
