Are people just not paying attention that Evan Peter's hit a girl?

I notice so many girls talk about how hot Evan is and how much they crush on him but no one seems to pay any attention that he and Emma Robert's got into a fight where the cops were called and she was arrested because his bruises started showing before her's did. But still the fact remains that a guy should never hit a woman, period. It doesn't matter how hard he hit her, once he raised his hand that was enough. So what's the deal? Why do so many people overlook the fact that Evan is a woman-beater?

Goes both ways, archer.

Saying that, however, what actors do in their private lives has got nothing to do with kids crushing on a celebrity purely for how they look. Not really sure what you're getting at.

agree. there are two sides to every story and just because 'no man should hit a woman' doesn't mean that a woman should take advantage of that and do whatever the hell she wants.

sometimes you have to deal with someone behaving like a 12 year old like a 12 year old.

Oh God. Fortune vomits on my eiderdown once more.

exactly dani , i agree with you and Qrispy , i believe in equal rights for all people and between men and women , it is native to think if a woman hit a man ,he should stay and take her abuse ,no he should defend himself and hit her back if necessary ,i am against violence but sometimes people do not have any choice . i think that in Evan case ,he defend himself and he only hit her after she start hitting him . i do not know why some people crying about sexist as long as it is about women ,like they do not care very much when men get abuse by women or are victims of rape

reply

I believe in equal rights for both genders, so I wouldn't hesitate a single second to punch a woman if it was in retaliation.

Less than forget. But more than begun.

Who hit first? Nobody should hit anyone, whether it be man or woman, but women shouldn't throw fists at a man and then expect him not to defend himself or not hit back. I'm tired of women thinking they can abuse men and not face any consequences. Both of them showed a severe lack of character, but Emma wasn't blameless. It was my understanding that she had abused HIM on more than one account, but maybe they just like it rough? They did get back together after all.

I agree with personal lives for celebrities that make a point to stay out of the limelight. It can and is done by many.
Concerning physical fights, I am not a fan of ANY physical violence. That's telling me you aren't smart enough to use your mind first and are pretty much ignorant.
I think once a couple has violence in their relationship, it's over. Once a person shows the inability to use restraint, they are likely to re-offend.
While this may not be 100 percent of the time, the odds are higher that it will happen again.
It's actually very sad.

Talking stuff out doesn't work 100% of the time regardless of how smart you are. Sometimes people just need a good hard punch in the nose.

not hitting a women back is sexist.

Everyone has a right to defend themselves, but unfortunately when a man and woman are effed up people that are rumored to be druggies it's hard to say who started what and impossible to keep them from abusing each other. that's what cos have to deal with and figure out all the time. In cases like that it sometimes does matter who started it. but if there are no witnesses, who's to say.

I just hope they both get their lives together so they don't have to fight anyone and have the cops get involved.

does it even matter who provoked who or why? point is they're both capable of doing that to somebody ξ€· but Tate has more fangirls than any of his other characters, so a hard slap probably isn't a big deal to most of those loons, which is why Emma got the bad rep and not him IMO 
