1. Why does Bucky's face look green when he is talking to Pierce after the bridge fight?
2. How did Cap get his shield back for the end of the movie? He had to get his uniform from the museum, so where did he get the shield from?

1-It's in Pierce's shadowed kitchen. It could be a reflection of anything. There's a moment when Pierce opens the fridge. I'd say a reflection of something in the room.
2-I'd say that it was placed in the van that Shield put Steve in when they captured him. He took it with him when they escaped from it. He ditched his uniform before returning to the hospital to get the flashdrive and was unable to retrieve it (though it would have been a better one as it was bulletproof and would have served him better in that fight with Bucky). Therefore, he stole the one from the museum for the final fight.
...Not to mention question of recovery of Falcon's wings!

Yeah. I was going to put that in my reply (about Falcon also), that they probably put Cap's shield and Falcon's wings in the van with them for transport. They were planning on driving into a secluded spot and shooting them. They weren't exactly expecting them to escape. When they did, they took their equipment.

Oh. That was the lighting of the bank vault. That's where they were. At least, that's what I thought it was that made that effect. Sorry. Thought you meant in Pierce's house. But you're right, that was before the bridge.

I actually just went and looked at it. It's the room. It's a bank vault, with a brassy look. It gives that brassy cast over the room. Bucky doesn't have it all the time as it's a reflection of the light on the brass. I think why some of the others show a little more pink in their face might be that their complexions simply have a ruddier (more pink tones) complexion than Bucky. There's definitely a brassy tone to the room overcasting everyone.
