Winter soldier underused

I felt despite him sharing the films title with cap was not in the film as nearly as enough as he should have been. After seeing civil war he was in that one a lot more even though civil war had a lot of characters.

That's one of the qualities of the character: he's elusive.

We see more of him in Civil War and IMO it's the best character of the Marvel Universe because he has some DEPTH, something rare in a superhero...or a super antihero.

It's like what Natasha said. The Winter Solider is like a ghost.

That's my only gripe, as well. I'm fine with him being a "ghost", but give me more of a chase.
