.........to manufacture the Black Goo, why do they have to make so many facehuggers? Why couldn't they do it directly from the dead Xenomorph they found in first place?
I Guess they did reverse engineering with the dead xenomorph to extract the Black gloo, and in the process they made the facehuggers.So the xenomorphs are just a subproduct of its real purpose.

shareIt has never been explained what the hell IS the black gloo (and It was really not necessary to the Alien lore, really), so It can be anything 🤷
