How in the world did Declan die? He was waiting for a stent? To be flown in from North Carolina? Stents don't have to be flown in They are a mesh tube made from medical grade stainless steel. Every hospital in the world would have this on hand. In no such instance would it be feasible to order a stent from North Carolina. Declan most likely, in the parlance of the show, should have, and would have lived. This show is bullshit because of this one episode. A great premise ruined by hack writing. Another one bites the dust.

To be fair, Declan was also a pretty annoying character, lol.

But yeah he should have been written off better. Something along the lines of Declan discovering Conrad Grayson was holding David Clarke hostage, and then Conrad kills Declan directly. At least then it would have been completely related to the main plot.

Instead Declan's looking for Charlotte thinking she would be up high in the office tower, yeah right, and then happens to be there when the bomb goes off? Yeah right.
