No. The guy who molested Victoria did not father Patrick. After this molestation happened, Vicky's mom kicked her out the house. Victoria, now on her own, moved into an apartment and met Jimmy Brennan, who lured her to the basement and raped her This resulted in a pregnancy and thus the birth of Patrick.
