The home Emily initially buys would probably go for $7mm. It's nota big house but ocean front property in the Hamptons sells at a HUGE premium. If that home was not on the water and just located in the village of Sag Harbor or East Hampton it would probably sell for $2-$3mm.
See! That's how I felt. It could be a shack, but it's beach front so that automatically almost doubles the price (If not more). Thank you. I agree 100%!
