A couple of questions

I don't make a habit out of watching the show, but I watched the last episode on Tuesday. One thing I've noticed, throughout the last couple of series is the girls and the way they speak about country girls. You can practically feel the superiority oozing off of them.

I wouldn't mind but they're hypocrites. In the episode on Tuesday, they mentioned how young one girl (Josie?) got married and her friend spoke about how she could be on drugs, drinking (etc). Fair enough, but later on it turns out...she's on a tag, for fighting. They sit there laughing about it, decorating the tag with tacky sick on jewels. How is brawling in the street with another girl on more of a moral high ground than going out and drinking? It's on a level playing field, so I'm not saying you should do either.

Another thing occurred to me. The girls are, for most of the part, supposed to be virgins. The lads can do what they want and sleep with as many girls as they want. So who do they sleep with? Non gypsy girls? My friend raised the point that that might be why the girls are so snotty about their own morals, out of jealousy for the country girls?
