Even bough production on season five started, but I really hope the show,gets a sixth season and probably the last one but I guess it all depends on the cast and Netflix.

Since it's already on Netflix, I'm not sure if this would apply or not. I'm on a Galavant FB page and someone called Netflix to ask how they determine what shows get put on. The answer was if you do a title search they take note of the number of times that show is in the search bar. Maybe if everyone types a search for Longmire it would bring more notice.

Any time I have done a live chat with Netflix about anything, they have been very competent and nice. Some had seen Longmire, some had not, but they did take note to what people are watching.
shareI agree. I think the CS people tell you what you want to hear without actually commiting to anything or giving you any real information. I doubt the number of searches on a title means anything to them. It's the number of views and I think the number of views by different subscribers. If one subscriber views a show a 100 times I don't think that is counted as 100 or would have the same impact as 100 different subscribers viewing the show.
