Ferg

I hope this season they give Ferg more play time and more credit. And give him more responsibility and maturity. They started him out too much like a baby/kid and treated him like that and then he finally stood up and said ENOUGH. I hope they go forward with him getting more responsibility and maturity. I like Ferg and he deserves a good go.

I hope they allow the audience AND the other characters (looking at *you* Walt) to take him seriously as a good cop.

In the books , he's more competent.

I on S4E7. Where did Ferg get this sudden strength? Ha..

I don't memorize all the episodes and every little thing it all becomes a bit hazy after a while but he definitely was getting more confidence and standing up for himself in several episodes and I liked that and hope they will stop treating him or reverting him back to a child.

I recall the incident when he threw all the shot off Branch's desk and put his stuff there. He was like enough of sitting at the kids table! But then they always go back to treating him like crap.

Then he was trying to switch his name on the board outside and remove branch's when he died or maybe before when he was fired. if I am not mistaken. There were little moments that shine through but again they always end up shoving him to the side or dismissing him. But he is the one who is always there and always ready and willing. But he gets the short end of the stick. Nice guys always finish last I guess. Sigh.

We need more Ferg.

He is certainly a very important part of the show.

Ferg is awesome. He adds so much to the show but I hope they keep that innocence about him and he doesn't become too sarcastic or jaded. He balances out the levity. Like, not everybody needs to be so serious. It would work because he's much smarter than he's given credit for....

I agree

He's an okay character, but I wouldn't want him on my team if I were Walt. He's good when it comes to evidence and crime scenes, but lacks the confidence/authority needed when things are going sideways.

I never saved anything for the swim back.
