Wow. Great twist. Unfortunately I figured it out at the same time Walt did but still it was unexpected. Really good episode.

I agree it was a really good episode, maybe one of the best of the series. Vic laying into Dr. Donna was great. The case was interesting and as you said, the resolution was unexpected. The ending scene on the couch was cute - heck, I even almost liked Malachi in this one.
