It might get cancelled
I read online it might get cancelled.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Unfortunately, yes, the episodes currently airing now are likely the last of the show's run. The good news is that the writers/producers and cast pretty much knew that going into filming though, so they were able to write an ending if it is it. But, if the CW does choose to renew by some long shot, I read they also left enough open that they could continue too.
Personally, I'm not anticipating it will be back so I'm just trying to enjoy what we do get. And I remind myself that it almost didn't make it to season two, so that we got 3 1/2 seasons is pretty good too.

The CW seems notorious for constantly cancelling shows.
It's NOT like it's a beacon of great tv shows to begin with.
I don't even watch MOST of the shows on The CW because they typically are just awful.
I remember when the CW used to be called UPN.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Not so the last couple of years, they've actually renewed a good number of their new fall shows lately. This year, they renewed everything that started in fall 2014.
They get such a bad rap though. I actually think they have some great shows. The Originals, The Flash, and Arrow are all great. Supernatural, even 10 years in, is still good, even if it's lost some steps from its early years. Thinking about it, I think the CW is my most-watched channel...I watch nearly everything they have, except for Jane the Virgin and The 100, and whatever reality shows they have. Tyra and Top Model is one I won't ever tune in for.
I remember the WB/UPN days too.

Oh yea, so that's the channel that plays Arrow & Supernatural?
Supernatural is on Netflix, so I NEVER watch anything on The CW, but it sounds like they have better shows than I realized.
Thanks, for your feedback.
What other shows and movies do you like that are NOT on The CW?
Happy Valentine's Day!
Yep! In the US, anyway, it's the CW. :)
Hmmm, some other non-CW shows I like...Game of Thrones, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Person of Interest, Elementary, How to Get Away with Murder, Grimm, Gotham...there's more, I'm sure. I watch way too much TV haha. How about you? Do you mostly watch shows on Netflix?
I was born for politics: I have great hair and I love lying.
Yea, I know The CW.
I like Grimm too.
Happy Valentine's Day!
I didn't used to watch the CW either, then I started watching Vampire Diaries after it had been on for a few seasons, and now almost every show I have watched on the CW got me hooked. Also The 100, Jane the Virgin, The Originals, The Flash, Reign, and obviously Hart of Dixie are ones I watch. They're actually pretty good.
shareNo it used to be called The W.B.
It would be so nice if something would make sense for a change.
Alice in Wonderland
Radiantpeanut,
It's called The CW now, I think.
It's been changed so many times that I can't recall what the network is now.
One time it was originally UPN.
Happy Easter!🐰🌈
Actually the CW is a merging of both The WB and UPN. It didn't just change names. Both The WB and UPN ceased operation in mid September 2006 and merged together to form The CW which first broadcast the day after the other two networks shut down.
Time Warner owned The WB and CBS owned UPN. They partnered together and merged them into the CW because both previous networks were struggling to stay in business. The C and the W in CW come from the names of the two companies that own the merged network, CBS & Warner.
When UPN and The WB both ceased operations it was the first time an American national broadcast network had ceased operations since the Dumont Network went out of business 50 years earlier in 1956.
When the networks merged a few scripted series from both networks were carried over onto The CW, Smallville, Gilmore Girls, Veronica Mars & Supernatural. Supernatural is the only scripted series still airing that was carried over from one of the previous networks. Both Gilmore Girls & Veronica Mars only lasted one more season each on the merged CW network.

Exactly! I remember when it was just UPN, then it morphed into The WB, and no The CW. Reminds me of ABC Family Channel. Originally, it was simply the Family Channel. Then, it became Fox Family Channel, and now it's the ABC Family Channel!
They used to air Big Brother Jake, I remember, on the orig. Family Channel. They also used to air "700 Club" on there too!

oh yea, I forgot, you are right!
For some reason staying that UPN morphed into the WB Channel didn't sound quite right & now I know why!
You're smart!

It was I was trying to say. That they were both separate channels.
It would be so nice if something would make sense for a change.

It is called the CW which is why I said that IT USED TO and no UPN was another channel. I live in Los Angeles and WB was channel 5 and UPN channel 13. When both channels merged, the CW took channel 5's channel.
It would be so nice if something would make sense for a change.

It took a lonnng while to make you understand. And it's Radiant Peanut not talking peanut. And yes I liked the show.. It's too bad that it got canceled.

Ratings wise it seems to be doing decent on a Friday by CW standards even Ain't It Cool News said it's doing close to Reign, Jane the Virgin, and The 100 numbers while airing on Fridays so I'm not counting it out just yet.
shareoh okay.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Arrow is the best show on TV and The Flash is really good.

You should check it out. It's really got something for everyone. Yes it's a superhero-based show, but it's well fleshed out beyond that.
As for HoD, the ratings that were reported for Friday didn't look good :/
Sounds good. I'll definitely look @ it on tv some time.
Happy Valentine's Day!
