Recent Shows In the Austin TX area

As a resident of Austin, I was surprised to see quick glimpses of the local skyline in a recent Property Brothers episode from Season Four where a condo was renovated. A closer frame-by-frame inspection showed "S. Congress Street" and "W. Elizabeth Street" signs and a glimpse of the iconic "Austin Motel" sign.

Then, the HGTV airing on 7/11 ("Picturing the Possibilities" with high school sweethearts Jacob and Lana) had that identical bridge-crossing and glimpse of the Austin skyline, but I didn't immediately recognize the other landmarks. However, when the couple met the brothers at the Monument Cafe, it became apparent that the homes were in nearby Georgetown, TX.

Now I'm wondering how many other shows were recorded around Austin that I missed recognizing the location. One tell tale sign is that Jacob and Lana's budget was only $225k and the house was actually purchased for $145k. That's a guarantee that the buyers were NOT shopping in high-priced Ontario or Vancouver.

I had to laugh during both shows when the couple visited the brothers to learn the proposed renovation plans for the two potential properties. The video showed the exterior of brothers' fancy high-rise office building, but you can be sure the couples did NOT travel all the way to that Canadian high-rise just to meet the brothers.

Does anyone know if the brothers are doing (or have already done) more renovations in Texas?

Have more than those two shows that feature Texas renos already aired on HGTV?
