Excellent

I dont know who reads this but being a realtor and homes being my passion I really enjoy this show and just saw it for the first time this past week. People have no idea what huge risks goes into being a realtor and I think they are the dynamic duo actually. I would love to do what they are doing and find someone who could do the construction end, I have the realtor side and design ideas wrapped up!!!!! I would love the privelege to work with these guys, they are brilliant! Also, the prices of homes where ever they are selling is much higher than where I am at so that should make people appreciate the risk their customers are taking when doing the improvements and making an offer on another house without contingencies is a Huge Leap of Faith but after watching what they can do to remodel it is no suprise, I gave this show a "10"
