Okay, so this show is now in it's 3rd season. So, why in the heck do the people act so surprised, when the the first house the brothers take them to is one they can't possibly afford??
One thing that keeps going through my mind, with each show, too, is them finding MAJOR problems each time. Though it's been quite some time since we bought a "used" house, I seem to recall termites and plumbing were two things included in the inspections, so for that to be such a surprise after they've bought the house is more than a little surprising for me.
As much as I LOVE seeing what they do to some of these houses, it's starting to wear a little thin and it's becoming so much more predictable.
Quartz or granite countertops, wood or engineered wood floors, white cabinets, glass walls and tile in the bathroom - it's starting to turn into *Yawn*...
"Posters entering a discussion for the purpose of attacking the others are quickly ignored."
Yeah, I can't remember an episode ever where they found out during the inspection that something was terribly wrong with it and they backed out of the deal. I guess that would mess with the format.
