I know two contractors and both always have at least two homes being built at the same time. Sometimes three or four. Definitely not unheard of.

I just read an article about the show, and the brothers said they have nine working construction sites at once. So, that's how it's possible.

Most contractors have multiple projects going on at one time. The one that is working on my school currently has 6 other projects that I know of going on at the same time. The crew does most of the work.
