reno costs?

Does anyone know if the reno cost includes labor or is it materials only? the reno costs seem low for the work being done, at least to me.

i think it does include labor....on some episodes he needs to bring in other workers and has to cut from other areas to stay in line with budget

He subs lot of stuff out. It must include labor.

Unless they're using undocumented workers providing labor at near zero cost there's no way the reno costs include labor.

Example: Just watched an episode tonight where he told the buyers he could replace the hardwood floors in a large room for $1,200 or wall to wall carpeting for $400.

Maybe on the South Texas border where you can get materials "cheaply" and labor for next to nothing there's no way.

Our rule of thumb is to take their reno estimates and double it - then you're closing to reality.
