shareEven though twins may be identical twins, there can be differences between them, especially as they get older.
Drew and Jonathan's voices sound exactly the same though. I can't tell which one is talking if they're off screen.

Weird! Their bios say identical! I don't think they are at all identical! Not just the hair, either. Their faces look so different.
shareActually, I didn't think they looked that much alike until I saw an episode where the blond one had his hair dark, then I couldn't really tell them apart!
A Fact Of Life...
After Monday and Tuesday, even the calendar says W T F....
I've seen episodes when Jonathan's hair is dark too, but I still think they don't look like twins. The only time I've ever thought they could be was in one of the still picture promos, and even then it was easy to tell them apart.

Tia and Tamera Mowry are identical twins, yet I think they look nothing alike. I mean, they look like sisters, but I would NEVER confuse them. (Same as Drew and Jonathan.)
Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, however, are fraternal twins, yet back in their day, I could hardly tell them apart. Only when I'd been watching their shows and movies for a long time could I begin to detect subtle differences. They look pretty different now, at least the last time I saw them, but they sure looked alike back then.
I think they look too much alike. They freak me out!
shareOmg, yes! I could always tell Tia and Tamara apart (Tamara's face is pudgier, for one) but they're identical. Yet I could never tell the Olson twins apart when they were younger and was floored to learn they're fraternal!
Anyway, I could definitely tell the property brothers are identical. They look exactly alike. The only way to tell them apart is the hair. Maybe that's what's throwing you. Also, Drew is just a bit slimmer.

Twins are interesting. I went to high school with 4 sets of twins. 1 set were fraternal twins and I could never tell them apart unless they wrote (one was left handed, one was right) and I knew them for years! Another set was identical and you instantly knew who was who. My cousins are also identical twins, but you know who it is as well.
What determines what kind of twin it is depends on the eggs. Identical come from one egg that splits. Fraternal is 2 eggs and for those who are fraternal twins, their grandchildren have a greater chance of bearing twins than those who were identical . My grandma was a fraternal twin and my cousin on her side just had fraternal as well, so since I might have them as well, I have obtained much information on it! :)
The brothers are identical twins; Mirror twins actually - Drew is left handed and Jonathan is right handed. The only other real difference is Jonathan's suave hair :)

they probably change there looks so people could tell somewhat of difference between them. not all twins get same haircut some look
