Pool Table Near Stained Glass Window

Season Six, Episode Six: "Chris and Max".

It's the brothers helping another set of brothers buying a big house that had a feature of a huge and gorgeous stained-glass window -- that they disliked.

However, for historical reasons, they let it alone -- then brought in a pool table and placed it right next to the thing!

All I could see is pool balls smashing through all that beautiful glass! 😰

My first thoughts as well. That whole ep really annoyed me. I love old homes and those kids just really did not seem to appreciate what they got.

Oh, I agree! I will be moving back east in the next few months and I am hoping to find something old with character. If I see stained glass it's staying!!

Those brothers are a couple of spoiled, ugly, entitled douchebags. The type to bring girls over and then drug/sexually assault. My skin crawled the whole episode.

I tend to agree on that episode.

I just wrote something about this episode to but got Chris brothers name wrong--I agree that it wouldn't be long before they broke that window during one of their drunken parties--so sad

I think I remember that episode: two brothers living in their parents' "pool house" which was actually the size of a normal house. Anyway, why would two bachelors need a 3-4 bedroom home to "entertain?" Most bachelors are lucky if their apartment is 1000 sq ft. They obviously came from a privileged life.

It was also foolish of them to go against Jonathan's advice on not reinforcing a load bearing wall. The idea they weren't concerned about the possibility of the wall sagging was dreadful. They're not considering resale value either.

I wonder, who gets the house if either one, or both, decide(s)to get married?
