Not Good

Found the movie tedious. A first act (setup) that takes 1 hour and 20 minutes (I timed it).

Very little Black Panther scenes. Most of the movie is this hokey drama. (If I want to watch a drama, I'll watch a real drama, not a dopey, superhero drama.) If you strip BP of any action/cgi, you have a nearly 2 hour drama. And as a person who likes dramas, it's a silly one at that. A lot of mumbo jumbo about a fictional/fantasy society, with some white characters that are clearly tokens.

All those Americans with bad accents distracted me (especially Angela Bassett).

An overall cheap/rushed look despite the $200 mil budget.

It's a film you're supposed to like, but I didn't really.
