Given the fact that a large amount of Vibranium had been stolen and smuggled out of Wakanda 30 years ago how serious was T'Chaka really in getting it back and catching those responsible?

Was Klau involved in that one theft and he had it for over 20 years but sold only small portions before Ultron purchased most for Billions? Could Klau not find a buyer or was fear of capture in play?

I see why W'Kabi was ticked because I believe it was his parents that were killed in that large theft of Vibranium.

Also had Klau run into the Black Panther before or had he not heard of him from a Wakandan traitor, because I am assuming he had inside help in order to find an entrance to Wakanda as well as gaining access to Vibranium already mined?

Wakanda had teams or cells in various places but not a one knew of Klau or the theft prior to and after Ultron?

When did Klau gain access to the prostetic Wakandan mining cannon? The suggestion was that they had those to mine as part of the theft or were they part of the atolen shipments?

The money that Ultron transferred to Klau I assume was just stolen funds. It would have been hilarious if the money was from Stark accounts.
