I watched season 1 when it was first released but never got around to continuing season 2. After stumbling upon this show again today I realized the show was axed, is it worth watching season 2? Is there any closure or an ending? Or am I going to be left hanging at the end, waiting for a season 3 that isn't coming? Kind of like what Heroes did...

Having just watched seasons one and two non stop for the last week, I would be hesitant to recommend season 2. The show really splits into two and the plot gets so ridiculous that it makes no sense. Also, the new characters are horribly unlikable and end up being the focus of the entire season.
It was just a very non cohesive season, and while we do get closure, it has not much to do with what happened in season one.
They wrote a couple of loose ends to atract viewers just in case of a renewal. But since the show had been moved to Saturdays, they knew it was doomed, so they wrapped up most of it. Now, the quality decreases a lot in season 2, but I personally prefer to end a show no matter what.
By the way, HEROES is coming back.
I loved season 2 better than the 1st.
