Couldn't they have taken Rosie (?) to court for showing her breasts to a couple of minors? Would have been a fun countersuit...

OP Breastfeeding is protected by law in Australia. Mothers may breastfeed anywhere and it is illegal to try to stop them from doing so, as it should be.

However that child is way too old to be breastfeeding. It goes with the character Rosie's uber permissive mothering style. Hugo is super spoiled....

She didn't show her boobs stall. They were covered by the toddler's face. Infact you saw more of her boobs when she was bending over than when she was breastfeeding!!
