I have been reading too much on here about the characters in this novel being flawed or not nice.....unless I am living on another planet- aren't all humans flawed?? If these people were perfect there won't be a good story and it wouldn't be true to life

I haven't found them shocking so much as unbelievably volatile, freaking out at the merest provocation in order to keep the story going. They also have other negative qualities piled on for the same reason.

arent most people? unless u r living in a religious sanctuary, most people i find in every day life are pretty morally reprehensible...it does not negate their value
I haven't seen anything in any of the characters that I haven't seen in colleagues, friends or myself. In fact am thoroughly enjoying the series. Lighten up people humans are flawed and of course that's what makes the world go round.
