What happened to Monica's all-girl crew?

They were in one episode where Monica announced that she was going to prove that an all-girl could be just as capable as the men. I haven't seen any sign of them since.

I would be cool with an all-girl crew, if they managed to handle everything themselves. I think it would be somewhat refreshing considering how dull and boring this show has become.

Absolutely. I worked construction back when I was younger, and worked along side a number of female construction workers. Much respect to them.
