This is a random question but at 56:52 of the movie there is something that can only be described as a pink blob on a platter that looks like cotton candy with two eyes and a mouth. Anyone have any idea what this?

The blob is the birthday cotton candy dessert at the Four Seasons restaurant. Cotton Candy at the Four Seasons.
