I just saw this for the first time...absolutely BRILLIANT!

With all the mainstream generic garbage Hollywood churns out regularly, it's nice to finally see a gem stand out in the trash heap.

I knew absolutely nothing about this film before I purchased the blu-ray on amazon. I like Christian Bale as an actor, and he was in this, so I figured it was worth seeing. Boy was I ever right!

This film has some of the best acting and characterization I've seen in years.
I love how the three main characters play off each other. I love how the main focus of the film is deception, you're left guessing who is going to screw who over?

The backdrop to the film, centering around the abscam scandal, was also interesting, but for me it was the main three characters and their intereactions that stole the show. The soundtrack was fantastic as well!

Definitely the most memorable film I have seen in recent years.
