Can DVD Sales Help?

When they release the full season of The Playboy Club on Blu-Ray or Regular DVD, and the sales go through the roof could it spark an interest by another network to pick it up or NBC to give it another shot?

I doubt sales will go through the roof
but either way, i don't think it will
help to get the show back on the air.

The sales won't go through the roof, this isn't Family Guy.

Unless there's a scene where Maureen french kisses Carol Lynne to prove she's not after Nick, I don't see the point. They should've done a cut show and put the uncut show on a pay channel like HBO or Showtime. That would've saved the show.
