What network will pick it up?
C'mon this is inevitable, a major big 3 network cancels it, it's not even finished, who do you think is gonna pick it up?

To be honest, it's numbers on a cable net or on The CW it would be considered to be a hit.
shareLotas, the show may have not performed very well on Network TV, but I doubt very seriously its totally based on the show itself. Some people didn't want to give it a chance because of the "Playboy" name assuming it was going to be overly sexy. The PTC were objecting the series before it even hit the air, then it was also up against two established network shows, as well as Monday Night Football. So, being realistic about this show...there were problems from the beginning before anyone could complain about the actors' performances, or the show's story lines. Of course, not everyone was going to like it, but it did appeal to some viewers. So based on the numbers it was pulling in, maybe a cable network is the better place for it. The ratings the show received seemed to be in the same range as several cable dramas that are considered successful.
shareI don't think anybody would touch it with a 10' pole with all the bad press it's getting.

BRIWI BUMPS BUNNIES
NBC REPLACES MOST HATED SHOW WITH WELL-LIKED ANCHOR
It is unbelievable to me out of all the shows that are on that The Playboy Club is being villified and hated. It is sad.
Well it may be getting bad press, but you know the press has an agenda, I guess their agenda was achieved today. But I can still see either The CW or some cable channel like TNT to pick it up. Like I said before having 3 million people watch your show on cable TV is considered to be equivalent to network TV's 14 million.
shareBut NBC is a broadcast network which reaches a massive audience compared to what a little cable company like tnt has. So the translation would be the other way I expect. The show would get like a hundred thousand viewers.

Well, one of the problem is that The Playboy Club was against Castle,Hawaii 5-0
and some other sport program.Does cable program their shows based on how strong
other shows are on other channels?I don't think so.

Nobody will pick it up. The other major networks wouldn't touch and cable can't afford it. There is no real fan base waiting for this. The real reason they are continuing to film episodes is so that they can sell an full season on Blu-Ray.
It's finished buddy!
Yeah I think people are a little too hopeful if they think any channel is going to pick this up. It happens but hardly ever happens.
