The fake moralists are a dumbed-down bunch, easily deceived by the pressure-group profiteers.
If it was called "The Club", didn't have the logo, Hef's name wasn't used, and the "bunnies" were called some other kind of sexy girl in a costume, and everything else in the plot stayed the same, the show may still be airing next Monday.

shareIt was such an easy stand out for that advocacy group to get NBC to pull it. I'm surprised no one is harassing CBS and NBC for their Whitney Cummings sitcoms. And those come on earlier thank TPC did. Something they should look into since the big networks are responsible for what content their child is exposed to. **eye roll**

Latest news:NBC will give The Playboy Club another chance but changes will be
made.
The show will now be titled The Cockroach Club and instead of women wearing
bunny suits,they will be wearing Cochroach suits.Instead of a bunny logo on the door,the logo will feature a Cockroach head and there won't be any references to
Hef in the series.
NBC believes that these changes will turn the show into a huge ratings hit and
has already ordered 23 episodes.
The PTC has stated that the show will be an improvement over The Playboy Club
but are offended about the first four letters in the word Cockroach.NBC had no
comments.
