No nudity killed this show

Hot seeing the girls wearing bunny outfits but it was such a tease like the girl who goes to first base with you but wont put out! You want to see them girls naked after that and you dont so screw it. Should have been on HBO. Amber heard can go back to stripping in movies now

Yeah, it's like having Playboy magazine without the pictures.

You know it is interesting, however you may actually have a point.

I actually wonder if a show like this was ever even shopped to HBO and Showtime. Could you imagine Boardwalk Empire or Game of Thrones on NBC or CBS? No, of course not! I am already confident that had it been on HBO, the script would have been more solid (to have a pilot start a series off with such a bang, I think the viewer deserved a little more). Either way, the show, premise etc still has potential, even if it was recently cancelled.

The main problem with networks is that the bulk of their revenue is from ad sales, and if the clients don't like a show or shows, it's a huge problem for them. Whereas cable networks also make money from subscribers so they can afford to have edgier, and usually better, shows.

You are right. I cringe when I think about how many shows an executive at Pepsi or Coca-Cola or Proctor and Gamble could have had pulled for one reason or another!!
