Any truth to storylines, character names?
I watched the episode where Nick Dalton gives Mayor Daley a car in order to get the ok to run for state's attorney. Did this really happen? I'm assuming the show is referring to the mayor in Chicago during the 60's Richard J. Daley.
Was Nick Dalton a real person? I ask because there is a suburb outside of Chicago called Dolton. It's pronounced the same.
Did any of the musical guests featured on the show actually perform at the club?
Is Bruno Bianchi based off any real Chicago mobsters back int he 60s?
