shareThey showed a clip of Brody from season 1. Nothing major. It was just to drive home the fact that Carrie has almost become Brody in principle and story. Carry falls in love and lives with her previous captor, a Russian agent. She is seemingly out-of-the-game and is living the good life in Moscow. She has also written an auto-biography. Carrie, in-turn, actually becomes a Russian spy for Saul (There is a lot more to it). Saul and Carrie can never talk or work together again, though. But they will always be connected.
sharefor some context, you should mention that the same captor had asked Carrie to kill Saul to acquire key info for the Russians. If you can bring up her book, you shouldn't skip that.
shareThanks rolo !
sharethere are different modes of the show after season 3. One is in the middle east, one is in Syria, one is in Germany, then back in the US, then Afghanistan. Each plot mode is like a different show, but tied together by the same great characters and excellent and topical writing. It is really impossible to spoil the show well, or to in a reasonable amount of words relate the many different plots .. or it would just spoil it for sure, as in not to do it justice. Watch it.
shareThis is a brilliant question, because I am on season 5, and I don't know if I can handle it anymore. I feel there are other shows I should binge instead.
