Sad to see... (S6E8)

Astrid go out like that. Quinn got her killed thinking she was against him but seeing the agony on his face and in his voice stutter and all trying to warn her so badly hurt more as he realized his mistake in the end. Seems Astrid had more than just a crush on him while Quinn only thought of her as a friend :/

Good thing his previous training still has paid off by holding his breath for a quite a duration of time.

Quinn might start to recover from his stroke. A good friend of mine had a stroke a couple of months ago and is now on the road to recovery. So it is possible.

reply

Ah yes, stroke. Not stutter. I think he has both aphasia and dysarthria.

reply

Sad to see they used poor Astrid only as some kind of a plot device. Her purpose was only to convince Quinn that some people still care about him, and to give him a mental strength to focus on what's to come (go after bad guys).

I wonder if German Intelligence will get involved now that one of their agents is killed, or will the series dismiss this side of the story completely.

reply

Yeah... that wasn't fun seeing Astrid go out like that, she was a good character. Quinn, why oh why did you remove the bullets?

reply

Could she just be wounded ???

reply

Hmmm... the killer came back and shot her in the chest. There might be a slight chance of her survival if he missed the heart, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

reply

Thanks Apis I forgot about him coming back. But hey Quinn survived in the world of tv writing. LOL!

reply

If I were Quinn, I'd prefer Astrid over Carrie.

reply

Also I hate Dar Adal and that Steve Bannon like tv guy for ruining that soldier's reputation. I don't know how they will recover that footage but I hope terrible things happen to both of them.

reply

Yes terrible things. I think he's technically channeling Alex Jones of Info Wars but they're all pieces of shush anyway.
