Miep actress a bit annoying

The actress is a way too hyper all the time, and loud. I can only watch it in small segments, else I get a bit perturbed.

I'm always astounded that people can't distinguish between the actor and the character. The character is loud and hyper. That doesn't mean Bel Powley is loud and hyper.

Bel who? She had her shot and blew it. I’ve watched many performances of flawed, hyper characters but thankfully the actors were able to give admirable not annoying portrayals.

I'm sorry you were disappointed. I thought she did a great job and was very believable. She had the perfect mixture of enjoying her life, compassion for the family, strength and courage when needed.
