I'll start by saying that i am a huge fan of PTA and Joaquin Phoenix

I literally can't stop watching this film.

I keep catching new tidbits of information on each viewing.

I have a question about it though. Why does bigfoot beat up doc outside of wolfmans house? It went from doc being in the closet with the nudey ties to suddenly him being beaten up. I have probably missed something somewhere. Help.

Also, i know they were play fighting but it certainly looks like you wouldnt want to mess with josh brolin lol

Could be acting to make Bigfoot look like he's Being hard on Doc, so he doesn't blow his cover (as a serious cop/actor, associating with a stoner PI). It's an amazing movie. I watch it over and over.
