Carina's Mother - Possible Easter Egg?
As you may remember, Elizabeth goes aboard the Pearl in the first movie, and Barbossa has her put on a fetching plum silk gown.
In a deleted scene, she says, "dare I ask the fate of its previous owner?"
Maybe it was Carina's mother, Margaret Smith, who owned the dress.
