Typical pseudo-intellectual Euro trash

i wondered what all the positive reviews were all about and saw this film. it's a typical "philosophical" euro-horror which try to (slowly) build an "atmosphere" (in which it fails) for something really interesting. it makes you wait for an hour and make you look for some meanings behind the scenes, dialogues, leading to a mediocre climax. i wont say "i want 90 mins of my life back" because nobody forced me to watch this. it was my own fault. it seems making (pseudo) over-philosophical "horror" movies is a trend in europe. it seems they try to differentiate themselves from "cheap" americans so badly

Lemme guess you are american? I would rather watch such euro trash than american horror with their own same cliches in every god damn movie, same jump scares and some retarded plot about evil house and ghosts. American horror is dead. Not defending this movie though, I didn't like it too much, it had nice plot until the end it gave nothing resembling an explanation of what happened.

By claiming it to be philosophical and intellectual, you're ill-defining yourself instead.

Don't flatter American films, I strongly doubt they had this in mind while making 'Kill List'. They were simply making a movie, and in my opinion, an interesting one from beginning to end. You're the one who waited an hour to look for meaning, nowhere were you instructed to do so.

It's fantastic but nowhere is it 'over-philosophical' as you put it.

We've met before, haven't we?

that's harsh, trash can sometimes contain useful things in it

so many movies, so little time
