Does this commonly improve on the second viewing?

Okay, I saw this on NetFlix a little while ago, and I had no idea what to think of it. Some parts were really good, others I was just like "WHAT?" I have to ask, though, is it common that this movie gets better on a second viewing? I'd love to come back to this movie and see if it improves, but for those who have seen it multiple times, did it improve the second time around?

You will find more stuff you missed during the first WTF viewing.

Funky flick. Has cult movie written all over it.
