Ultimately disappointing movie.

I was very hyped up to see this movie because as the title specifies, John dies at the end. I couldn't wait to see what unfortunate series of events would unfold leading up to his death, and we all know it in advance, kind of like American Beauty except without sucking. But to my great surprise John is alive and well by the end of the movie! I grew infuriated, I tore of my testicles and threw them at my computer screen in disbelief. Never again would I trust this movie.

I suppose maybe in John's timeline following the end of the movie, he'll eventually travel time and die, and prior to dying he had information about when he could make timetravel calls to his buddy? I don't know. But he didn't appear to die at the end...

Other than that this movie was AWESOME!!!
All the way awesome.
Awesome all the way to Ipanema! Super awesome. Super fun! And I was happy that the dog died. Dogs piss me off sometimes.
