Book and Movie
I love this movie but also loved the book. Lots of differences but if you can look past that it is a really great movie.
sharePerhaps it's just because I saw the movie before I read the book, but I thought it worked a little better as a movie. I liked them both, and I do wish they had incorporated a few more aspects of the book into the film like the fact that Dave was a replicated person so the riddle at the beginning made more sense, but I found I enjoyed the movie just a little bit more.
I guess I found that it captured the flavor and essence of the book without getting bogged down.
