It would have been so easy for the writer to fall back on the cliché of the wife resenting her husband for moving them there etc. I'm glad we didn't get that old saw. Last thing anyone needs in a crisis is to be nagged.
shareAgreed. She did have the little crying scene in the bathroom and the "I can't do it" thing on the rooftop which were both quite understandable and realistic.
Otherwise she was a strong, pivotal character. Even the decision maker on occasion and (spoiler)smashing that guy with the shovel
Yep. I liked her character arch. She whined a bit at first and looked quite aghast when she saw Jack bash in that guy's skull but she bucked up and became quite the savage, team player.
