Where/how can this be seen??

I think I must have been sleeping the ONE DAY that this film seemed to play in theaters. It's release must have been some kind of State Secret because I never saw one single trailer or ad for this anywhere. So where can all of the people who missed it actually get to SEE it? Is it streaming anywhere? I will even download an illegal torrent in this case..because I'm PISSED off that this came and went overnight..I know a lot of people that were also waiting for the release, and when they found it it actually came out in August, they were as surprised as I was.

Do you have any discount cinemas in your area? It's hitting all of the 2nd run discount theatres around my city tomorrow.

Unfortunately I live in New York; we don't have "discount" ANYTHING here. But I read that "Hands of Stone" is being released on video in November, so I'm just going to have to wait. I still think it's a shame that this movie flopped commercially, because it didn't have to. So many people wanted to see it in the theater, but we just weren't able to. It seems like we didn't have a chance to. somebody screwed up..

It's on torrent sites right now...pretty good movie.

Well, at least the movie was released in the United States, in Spain we didn´t have any luck at all, not even a limited release.😞

That is really unbelievable. I don't know why this good film was so mishandled and ignored in distribution. But the dvd is now available, which I got as soon as it was released, and I'm happy to say; it was worth the wait. "Hands of Stone" is a great movie; solid acting, beautiful cinematography/art direction, and perfectly paced so that there is never a dull moment. Usher Raymond was the perfect choice to play Sugar Ray Leonard as well. Sadly, the film was partially funded by the Panamanian Government, and they were hoping to see a return on their investment from ticket sales. While that didn't happen, we still have an excellent film that pays a nice tribute to Roberto Duran, that just might earn a large cult following over time. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, when you get to see it.
