Who's Frowny the clown?

I know my question may be stupid, but I saw the movie. I don't recognize the name Frowny like on the credits after watching the movie.

I was trying to figure out the same thing. I'm pretty sure that the full-on demon clown is Roth aka "Frowny" because the body type looks much leaner than the main character during his transformation stages. So I think Frowny is in the videotape in the chair and possibly the clown at the end.

Anyone know for sure?

Frowny is the random clown shown in the tape at the start of the movie. I don't exactly know what was the point of that clip but probably Roth found a way to thrust himself in the spotlight again.

Do you have a time-marker for his appearance because I'm not seeing it? How many minutes:seconds into the movie? Greatly appreciated.

00.04.02 in the film, just after the opening credits (directed by...), it's a few seconds long
